Community Lifeline Status System Webinar: Assessing Hurricanes with Data

This time of year, brings numerous weather-related challenges and opportunities. Whether hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding, wildland fires, or other hazard; decision makers need data informed insights more than just experience and intuition. This need has been spotlighted with the record-setting 2024 NOAA hurricane seasonal forecast.

Join us next Tuesday, June 25th, 3pm ET/ 12pm PT as we demonstrate how CLSS can take plans focused on hazards like hurricanes and flooding into customizable and hazard-specific indicators attached to live data sets. Participants will learn how emergency management plans can be transferred into customized Community Lifeline assessment templates ready for the next hurricane, wildland fire, flood, or other hazard. Additionally, the CLSS Development Team will showcase the tool’s major technical updates.
