CLSS Begins Deployment Testing

CLSS project leads discuss the FEMA Community Lifeline construct with Kiona Black (MDEM) and Michelle Oblinksy (VDEM) during a joint implementation event.

On August 28, the project team kicked off deployment testing with the Maryland Department of Emergency Management (MDEM) and the Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) - the first states to deploy the Community Lifeline Status System. Deployment testing and implementation will culminate within a multi-state exercise in Spring 2025.

  • Improved data sharing functionality to share the latest assessments and all assessments from the Reporting tab

  • Prepared deployment scripts to deploy to an organization's ArcGIS Online Environment and create a zip file to be uploaded to a web server
