For years, emergency managers have lacked an objective way to understand and analyze effects to their community when disaster strikes. The Community Lifeline Status System, emerges as the solution, designed to operationalize real data for real-time decision making. Hear perspectives from Russell Strickland, Secretary of Maryland Department of Emergency Management, and other practitioners who have tested and validated the tool. Moderated by former Kentucky Emergency Management Director, Michael Dossett, this conversation will equip you with information, testimonials, and best practices for deploying the CLSS in April 2025.

Active deployment testing continues

The CLSS Project team has advanced to the next stage in testing deployment with a cohort of Beta testers. Look out for additional best practices presented on behalf of participating agencies.
